Abstract

ABSTRAK Putri Anggraini,2020. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Guru Honorer dengan Metode Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely (SMART) Pada SD Negeri 009 Loa Janan. Skripsi, Program Studi Teknik Informatika STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing I : Amelia Yusnita, M.Kom. Pembimbing II : Yunita, SE., MM. Kata Kunci : Sistem_Pendukung_Keputusan,Penilaian_Kinerja_Guru, Honorer, Specific_Measurable_Achievable_Realistic_and_Timely. Metode Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria yang dikembangkan oleh Edward pada tahun 1977. Metode pengambilan keputusan ada 3 (tiga) yaitu : Proses Pemodelan SMART, Pemilihan Metode SMART, Langkah-langkah menggunakan metode SMART. Untuk menunjang kegiatan Penilaian Kinerja Guru Honorer di SDN 009 Loa Janan, dikembangkan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan mengaplikasikan Metode SMART. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah kriteria yang tertera pada peraturan pemerintahan Republik Indonesia Nomor 10 Tahun 1979 Tentang Penilaian Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pegawai negeri Sipil. Metode Pengembangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tahap Tahapan Intelligence, Tahapan Desain, Tahapan Choice, Tahapan Implementasi (Implementation). Hasil dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini adalah menampilkan nilai akhir Guru honorer tersebut. Sistem ini hanya memberikan alternatif nama guru honorer dengan nilai rankingnya tetapi hasil akhir tetap ada pada Kepala Sekolah. ==================================================== ABSTRACT Putri Anggraini, 2020. Thesis, STMIK Informatics Engineering Study Program Widya Cipta Dharma, Supervisor I: Amelia Yusnita, M.Kom. Advisor II: Yunita, SE., MM. Keywords: Support_Disput_System, Decision_Guru_Performance, Honorary, Specific_Measurable_Achievable_Realistic_and_Timely. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely methods are multi-criteria decision making methods developed by Edward in 1977. There are 3 (three) decision making methods, namely: SMART Modeling Process, SMART Method Selection, Steps using the SMART method. To support the Honorary Teacher Performance Assessment activities at SDN 009 Loa Janan, a Decision Support System was developed by applying the SMART Method. The criteria used are the criteria listed in the Republic of Indonesia government regulation Number 10 of 1979 concerning the Assessment of the Implementation of Civil Servants' Work. Decision Support System Development Methods carried out consists of stages of Intelligence Stages, Stages of Design, Stages of Choice, Stages of Implementation (Implementation). The result of this Decision Support System is to display the final value of the honorary teacher. This system only provides an alternative name for honorary teachers with a ranking value but the final result remains with the Principal.
