Abstract

Muhammad Iqbal, 2020, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Karyawan Berprestasi Pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda Dengan Menggunakan Metode Simple Multi Attribute Technique (SMART). Pembimbing Utama : Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom.,MMSI, Pembimbing Pendamping : Hj. Ekawati Yulsilviana SP.,MM. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Karyawan Berprestasi, SMART Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mengambil keputusan yang akurat dan tepat sasaran. Banyak permasalahan yang dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan SPK, salah satunya adalah pemilihan karyawan berprestasi pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda dengan menggunakan bantuan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Karyawan Berprestasi Pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda dengan menggunakan bantuan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) dengan harapan seleksi pemilihan dilakukan secara obyektif. Dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySql. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk melakukan keputusan karyawan yang berprestasi. Pengguna dapat menginputkan data karyawan, data kriteria dan data sub kriteria. Kemudian sistem akan mencari solusi dengan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). Keywords: Decision Support System, Achievement Employees, SMART Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can help someone to make decisions that are accurate and on target. Many problems can be solved using DSS, one of them is the Selection of Achievement Employees On PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda by using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) Method. The purpose of this study is to produce a Decision Support System for Selection of Achievement Employees On PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda by using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) Method in the hope that the selection of achievement employees is done objectively. By using the PHP programming language and database used MySql, In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature studies, observations and interviews. The results of this study are the decision support system made to make the radio announcer decisions received, and not accepted to become a radio broadcaster. Users can input employees data, criteria data and sub criteria data. Then the system will look for SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. After the decision is obtained, the system will display the decision.
