Abstract

Implementasi Metode MAUT Untuk pemilihan pelayanan pengiriman barang Pada bengkel JTM Jaya Motor Menggunakan Metode MAUT. Meningkatnya pengguna internet membuat semakin meningkat pula pembelian barang secara online. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengiriman barang, saat ini banyak lahir perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang yang terus berkembang dan bersaing untuk merebut pasar. Dan sebagai pengguna online shop juga pastinya akan sangat bingung dan kesulitan dalam memilih jasa pengiriman barang sehingga mempertimbangkan faktor lain dalam memilih jasa pengiriman barang. Mulai dari harga, pengemasan barang, lama pengiriman barang, banyaknya cabang, layanan sistem hingga pelayanan membuat pengguna online shop bingung dalam memilih jasa pengiriman barang terbaik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Berdasarkan data hasil perhitungan maka jasa pengiriman barang alternatif J&T menjadi alternatif terbaik disusul dengan TIKI di peringkat kedua kemudian berada di urutan berikutnya adalah JNE di peringkat ketiga sedangkan WAHANA berada diperingkat terakhir. =========================================================== Implementation of the MAUT Method For the selection of goods delivery services at the JTM Jaya Motor workshop using the MAUT Method. To meet the needs of shipping goods, there are currently many freight forwarding service companies that are constantly developing and competing to win the market. And as an online shop user, of course, will be very confused and difficult in choosing a shipping service so consider other factors in choosing a shipping service. Starting from the price, packaging of goods, shipping time, number of branches, system services to services make online shop users confused in choosing the best shipping service according to user needs. Based on the calculation data, J&T alternative freight forwarding service is the best alternative, followed by TIKI in the second rank, then in the next rank, JNE is in the third rank, while WAHANA is ranked last.
