Abstract

Chatting with robot (chatbot) adalah layanan obrolan yang dirancang untuk berkomunikasi dengan mesin (tokoh virtual). Terkait media informasi yang menggambarkan keilmuan STMIK Wicida, maka penelitian ini ingin membuat suatu aplikasi chatbot yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan seputar informasi penerimaan camaba, program studi (prodi), dan fasilitas STMIK Wicida. Suatu aplikasi mobile pada Android yang dapat digunakan oleh siapa saja di mana saja, yang kapan saja ingin mengetahui tentang Wicida. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat mendorong minat masyarakat terhadap STMIK Wicida. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall sehingga purwarupa siap diuji secara fungsional. Pengujian menggunakan Black Box dan White Box dengan responden adalah penguji. Hasil pengujian dengan Black Box dan White Box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan ======================================================= Chat with robot (chatbot) is a chat service designed to communicate with machines (virtual characters). Related to media information that illustrates the science of STMIK Wicida, this study wants to create a chatbot application that can answer questions about information about acceptance of camaba, study programs (study programs), and STMIK Wicida facilities. A mobile application on Android that can be used by anyone, anyone, who wants to know about Wicida anytime. It is hoped that this application can encourage public interest in STMIK Wicida. This application uses the Waterfall development method so that the prototype is ready to be tested functionally. Testing uses Black Box and White Box with respondents are testers. Test results with Black Box and White Box show that this application is suitable for your needs
