Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan berbasis Web yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil dapat membantu CV. Semesta Jaya Abadi dalam melakukan proses pemberian bonus karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Semesta Jaya Abadi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan – pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan proses pemberian bonus karyawan. Dengan cara dokumentasi, yaitu menganalisis terhadap semua dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan cara kerja sistem, permasalahan dalam sistem, data inputan sistem, proses dan keluaran sistem yang akan dibuat nantinya. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Fase Intelegensi, Fase Desain, Tahap Pilihan, Tahap Implementasi, dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Sistem Operasi Windows 7, Google Chrome, Xampp Server (Mysql, serta PHPMyAdmin), Notepad++. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan berbasis web yang dapat memberikan hasil penilaian yang lebih mudah, lebih cepat dan akurat, sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan berbasis web dapat melakukan proses penilaian yang lebih efektif dan efisien. ========================================================= The study was conducted to be able to create a web-based graduation registration information system which later if this research can successfully help CV. Semesta Jaya Abadi in the process of giving employee bonuses. This research was conducted at CV. Semesta Jaya Abadi. The method of data collection used is by interview asking questions related to the management process of graduation registration. By way of documentation, analyzing all documents relating to the work of the system, problems in the system, data input system, process and output of the system to be made later. In this research the system development method used is The Intelligence Phase, Design Phase, Choice Phase, Implementation Phase, with the supporting software used is Windows 7 Operating System, Google Chrome, Xampp Server (Mysql, and PHPMyAdmin), Notepad ++. The final results of this study are in the form of a Decision Support System Giving Employee Bonuses Web-Based which can provide easier, faster and more accurate assessment results, the decision support system for giving employees bonuses to web-based can make the assessment process more effective and efficient.
