Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengorganisasikan prosedur prosedur mengenai kepegawaian,memberikan laporan laporan yang akan dibutuhkan pemimpin kantor. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah waterfall. Alat bantu pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu flow of document, data flow diagram, hirerarki input proses output, dan entity relationship diagram. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 dan database Microsoft Access 2010. Dari hasil penelitian dibangun Sistem Informasi kepegawaian kantor Desa Loa Kulu Kota. Tujuan sistem informasi ini untuk membantu dalam pembuatan laporan data kepegawaian dengan tepat, cepat dan efektif, membantu pegawai dalam mengajukan cuti. ========================================================= This research was conducted to organize procedure procedures regarding staffing, providing report reports that would be needed by office leaders System developing method that used in this research is waterfall.
