Abstract
Solina Soli Sombo, 2019, Analisis Dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pada Puskesmas Remaja berbasis web, Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma. Pembimbing I : Basrie, M.Kom, Pembimbing II : Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI Kata Kunci : Sistem informasi, Administrasi, web Puskesmas Remaja adalah unit yang strategis dalam mendukung terwujudnya perubahan kesehatan masyarakat menuju peningkatan kesehatan yang maksimal, beberapa upaya kesehatan yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi, kebutuhan, tuntunan, kemampuan serta kebijakan daerah setempat. Puskesmas Remaja dalam penyelenggaraannya melayani masyarakat pada jam dan hari tertentu dan dalam upaya kesehatan dilaksanakan melalui upaya peningkatan, pencegahan, penyembuhan serta pemulihan. Jumlah pasien yang datang berobat ke Puskesmas Remaja rata-rata 10 orang atau lebih per hari. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi oleh Puskesmas Remaja. Dalam membangun sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall, metode pengujian blackbox, database MYSQL dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), Notepad++ sebagai webeditor, apache sebagai webserver local, flowchart dan sitemap. Dengan adanya Analisis Dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pada Puskesmas Remaja berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan Puskesmas Remaja dan memberikan kemudahan dalam administrasi. ========================================================= Solina Soli Sombo, 2019, Analysis and Design of Information Systems at Web-based Adolescent Puskesmas,Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma. Advisor I : Basrie, M.Kom Advisor II : Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI Keywords: Information systems, administration, web Puskesmas Remaja a strategic unit in supporting the realization of changes in public health towards maximum health improvement, several health efforts tailored to the conditions, needs, guidance, capabilities and local policy. Adolescent Health Centers in their operations serve the community at certain hours and days and in health efforts carried out through efforts to improve, prevent, cure and restore. The number of patients coming to the Community Health Center on average is 10 people or more per day. This research was made to address the various obstacles faced by the Youth Health Center. In building this information system using the waterfall system development method, blackbox testing method, MYSQL database and using the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), Notepad ++ as a webeditor, apache as local webserver, flowchart and sitemap. With the Analysis and Design of Information Systems at the web-based Adolescent Health Center, it is expected to improve the services of Adolescent Puskesmas and provide convenience in administration.
