Abstract
Wisnu Nugroho, 2019, Sistem Monitoring Perkembangan Hasil Belajar Siswa SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda Berbasis Web. Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma. Pembimbing I: Hanifah Ekawati, M.Pd., Pembimbing II: Bartolomius Harpad, M.Kom. Kata kunci: Sistem Monitoring, Hasil Belajar Pengelolaan data hasil belajar pada SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda juga belum terpublikasi. Salah satu contohnya adalah jadwal belajar dan mengajar, data siswa, data guru dan orangtua siswa. Dengan adanya publikasi diharapkan mampu memberi kemudahan dalam hal pengaksesan data, kapanpun dan dimanapun. Selain untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang serba online, ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memberikan transparansi data hasil belajar, yang dapat dipantau untuk dapat memberikan konfirmasi bila terdapat kesalahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Merancang serta membangun sistem informasi absensi dan penilaian pada SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda berbasis web. 2). Membantu pengelolaan data-data hasil belajar sekolah, seperti data siswa, orangtua siswa, guru, mata pelajaran, kelas dan admin sekolah. 3). Agar guru maupun admin dapat melakukan kegiatan hasil belajarnya lebih fleksibel meliputi transaksi absensi,nilai dan penjadwalan berbasis web. 4). Membuat informasi siswa terkait aktifitasnya, terkait absensi dan nilai harian. Yang ditujukan kepada orangtua setiap harinya. Dari hasil implementasi sistem, disimpulkan bahwa 1). Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman HTML dan PHP, ditunjang dengan aplikasi notepad++ sebagai editor coding dan XAMPP sebagai server localhost. 2). Dengan adanya sistem ini, dapat membantu pengelolaan transaksi akademik, meliputi absensi dan pemberian nilai yang dilakukan oleh guru kapanpun dan dimanapun selama masih ada akses internet. 3). Dengan adanya sistem ini, dapat membantu pengelolaan data-data akademik, meliputi data siswa, data guru, data mata pelajaran, data kelas, dan data admin yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah. 4). Dengan adanya sistem ini, dapat membantu kegiatan-kegiatan akademik meliputi penilaian harian, penjadwalan dan absensi yang dilakukan oleh guru maupun admin sekolah. 4). One example is the learning and teaching schedule, student data, teacher and parent student data. With the publication, it is expected to be able to facilitate the access of data, whenever and wherever. In addition to following the development of all-online technology, this is also intended to provide transparency of learning outcomes data, which can be monitored to be able to provide confirmation if there are errors. The purpose of this study is 1). Design and build attendance and assessment information systems in Samarinda-based web 34 Public Middle School. 2). Helps manage the data on school learning outcomes, such as student data, parents of students, teachers, subjects, classes and school admins. 3). In order for teachers and admins to be able to carry out more flexible learning outcomes including attendance, value transactions and web-based scheduling. 4). Make student information related to their activities, related to attendance and daily values. Which is addressed to parents every day. From the results of the system implementation, it was concluded that 1). This system is built using HTML and PHP programming languages, supported by the notepad ++ application as a coding editor and XAMPP as a localhost server. 2). With this system, it can help the management of academic transactions, including absenteeism and value given by teachers whenever and wherever there is still internet access. 3). With this system, it can help manage academic data, including student data, teacher data, subject data, class data, and admin data carried out by the school. 4). With this system, it can help academic activities including daily assessment, scheduling and absences carried out by teachers and school admins. 4). With this system, parents get their children's grades and absences info every day, anytime and anywhere as long as there is still internet access.
