Abstract

ABSTRAK Siti Hardini, 2019, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Calon Kepala Desa Gunung Sari Kecamatan Tabang Kutai Kartanegara Menggunakan Metode Naïve Bayes Berbasis Web. Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing I : Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI, Pembimbing II : Basrie, M.Kom Kata kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemilihan Calon Kepala Desa, Naïve Bayes. Pemilihan calon kepala desa merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan setiap 6 (enam) tahun sekali untuk pergantian masa jabatan berikutnya. Kegiatan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai wadah bagi para calon kepala desa yang ingin mengikuti kegiatan pemilihan calon kepala desa. Dengan adanya Pemilihan Calon Kepala Desa yang ada pada desa Gunung Sari Kecamatan Tabang Kutai Kartanegara, sehingga calon kepala desa dapat menjadi calon kepala desa sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang sudah dibuat. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk pemilihan calon kepala desa Gunung Sari Kecamatan Tabang Kutai Kartanegara dibangun menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Metode Naive Bayes merupakan metode yang membagi permasalahan dalam sebuah kelas-kelas berdasarkan ciri-ciri persamaan dan perbedaan dengan menggunakan statistik yang bisa memprediksi probabilitas sebuah kelas. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah Pendidikan Terakhir, Kelengkapan Berkas, Pengalaman Berorganisasi, usia yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak Kantor Kepala Desa Gunung Sari Kecamatan Tabang Kutai Kartanegara. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes diharapkan dapat membantu panitia dalam pemilihan calon kepala desa secara objektif sehingga warga dapat memilih calon kepala desa yang kompeten dibidangnya dan mampu membawa masyarakat dan desanya mencapai kesejahteraan. The selection of candidates for the village head is an activity carried out every 6 (six) years for the next term of office. This activity can be used as a forum for prospective village heads who want to participate in the election activities of the village head candidates. With the Election of Candidates for Village Heads in Gunung Sari village, Tabang Kutai Kartanegara Sub-District, so that prospective village heads can become candidates for village heads in accordance with the terms and conditions that have been made. The Decision Support System for the selection of Gunung Sari village head candidates in Tabang Kutai Kartanegara District was built using the Naïve Bayes method. The Naive Bayes method is a method that divides problems in classes based on the characteristics of similarities and differences using statistics that can predict the probability of a class. The criteria used are the Last Education, Completion of Files, Organizational Experience, the age that has been determined by the Office of the Village Head of Gunung Sari Tabang Kutai Kartanegara District. The Decision Support System using the Naïve Bayes method is expected to be able to assist the committee in the selection of village head candidates in an objective manner so that citizens can choose candidates for village heads who are competent in their field and able to bring the community and their villages to prosper.
