Abstract

ABSTRAK Ricky Ervand Pangaribuan, 2019, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan Menggunakan Metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) Berbasis Website. Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing I : Bartolomius Harpad, M.Kom, Pembimbing II : Amelia Yusnita, M.Kom Kata kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemilihan Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan, SMARTER. Seorang Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan berperan sebagai penghubung antara siswa dengan kepala sekolah dalam menyampaikan aspirasi dari para siswa mengenai segala hal yang berhubungan dengan kesiswaan . Untuk itu dibutuhkan seorang wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan yang berkompeten di bidang kesiswaan tersebut. Setiap 2 tahun sekali akan diadakan pemilihan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan pada SMKN 6 Samarinda menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank. dalam membantu pemilihan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan secara terkomputerisasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara dengan cara mengajukan pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan. Kemudian dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung ke SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu tahapan pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan dan berbasis website. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berupa sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank yang dapat membantu SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda dalam memilih wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaa karena mampu memilih alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksud adalah calon wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan berdasarkan perbandingan kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan. ======================================================== ABSTRACT Ricky Ervand Pangaribuan, 2019 , Decision Support System for Deputy Principal Selection for Student Affairs Using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Method Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) Web-based site . A Vice Principal of Student acts as a liaison between students and principals to convey the aspirations of the students on all matters relating to the student. That requires a vice principal areas of studentcompetent in the field of the student. Every two years there will be an election for the vice principal of the student field . The research was conducted to make the support system for the selection of deputy headmasters in the student field at Samarinda 6 Vocational School using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank method . in helping the selection of computerized deputy headmasters in the student field . The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda. The method of data collection is through interviews by asking questions related to the selection of the vice principal of the student field . Then by observing, that is making observations directly to SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda. In this research method used is the system development phases of the development of decision support systems and web based. The conclusion of this study is a decision support system using a method Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank who can help SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda in choosing the deputy headmaster of the student field because they are able to choose the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is the prospective vice-principal for student affairsbased on a comparison of predetermined criteria.
