Abstract

Tika Meilinda Putri, 2019, Membangun “EVOSIS” (Electronic Voting Ketua dan Wakil Ketua OSIS) Berbasis Website pada SMK Kesehatan Samarinda Menggunakan Algoritma Kriptografi Kunci-Publik RSA (Rivest, Shamir, Adleman). Kata Kunci : Electronic Voting, Algoritma RSA Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah aplikasi voting berbasis website dimana data nama pemilih dienkripsi menggunakan algoritma RSA yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa membantu SMK Kesehatan dalam melakukan proses pemilihan Ketua dan Wakil Ketua OSIS. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Kesehatan Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang dgunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkairan dengan pemilihan OSIS di SMK Kesehatan Samarinda. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung ke SMK Kesehatan Samarinda, Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu waterfall, model dengan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah bahasa pemrograman PHP yang terpaket dengan Apache, Notepad++ sebagai editor pembuatan website, dan MySQL sebagai database. Adapun hasil akhir penelitian ini yakni berupa aplikasi berbasis website yang dapat menyajikan informasi tentang calon kandidat ketua dan wakil ketua OSIS, halaman pemilihan kandidat, halaman pendaftaran pemilih, halaman hasil pemilihan ketua dan wakil ketua OSIS, dan halaman pendukung lainnya yang dapat memudahkan pengguna sebelum melakukan proses pemilihan. Keywords: Electronic Voting, RSA Algorithm The study was conducted to be able to make a website-based voting application where voter name data is encrypted using the RSA algorithm, which later if this research is successful it can help the Vocational School Health in selecting the Chair and Vice Chair of the Student Council. This research was conducted at SMK Kesehatan Samarinda. Data collection methods used are interviews that ask questions that are irrelevant to the selection of OSIS in SMK Kesehatan Samarinda. By way of observation, which is to make observations directly to SMK Kesehatan Samarinda. In this research the system development method used is waterfall, the model with software used is the PHP programming language that is packaged with Apache, Notepad ++ as a website creation editor, and MySQL as a database. The final results of this study are in the form of a website-based application that can present information about the candidates for the chairman and vice-chair of the student council, the candidate selection page, the voter registration page, the page of the presidential and vice chair election results, and other supporting pages that can facilitate the user before making pem process.
