Abstract

A B S T R A K Shabrina Rizqy Fizka Aprillia, 2019, Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Alat Berat Bongkar Muat Peti Kemas Berbasis Web Pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV Persero Samarinda, Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma. Pembimbing I : Siti Qomariah, M.Kom, Pembimbing II : Siti Lailiyah, M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem informasi, Penyewaan, web PT. Pelindo IV adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kepelabuhan dan beroperasi dibidang 25 cabang yang tersebar dari Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, Ambon, Ternate hingga Papua dan Papua Barat. Peran Pelabuhan memiliki peran yang sangat penting, di samping sebagai terminal dan pintu gerbang arus barang, penumpang, serta hewan, juga sebagai penunjang dan pemacu pertumbuhan perekonomian di Kalimantan Timur. Untuk melakukan bongkar muat pada pelabuhan peti kemas PT. Pelindo IV diperlukan alat berat seperti Derek Gantry, Forklift, Excavator dan beberapa jenis alat yang lainnya. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi oleh para penyewa yang ingin menyewa alat berat untuk peti kemas. Dalam membangun sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall, metode pengujian blackbox, database MYSQL dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), Notepad++ sebagai webeditor, apache sebagai webserver local, flowchart dan sitemap. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Alat Berat Bongkar Muat Peti Kemas pada PT. Pelindo IV ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan PT. Pelindo IV is a company engaged in port and operates in the field of 25 branches spread from Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, Ambon, Ternate to Papua and West Papua. The role of the Port has a very important role, in addition to being a terminal and gateway to the flow of goods, passengers, and animals, it is also a support and driver of economic growth in East Kalimantan. To carry out loading and unloading at container ports of PT. Pelindo IV requires heavy equipment such as Crane Gantry, Forklifts, Excavators and several other types of tools. This research was made to overcome various obstacles faced by tenants who want to rent heavy equipment for containers. In building this information system using the waterfall system development method, blackbox testing method, MYSQL database and using the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), Notepad ++ as a webeditor, apache as local webserver, flowchart and sitemap. With the existence of Container Loading and Unloading Equipment Rental Information System at PT. Pelindo IV is expected to improve the services of PT. Pelindo IV and provide convenience in bookings within the region and outside the region.
