Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul Skripsi: Aplikasi Pengaduan Pelayanan SIM RS Berbasis Web Pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda Pada umumnya, pada saat karyawan terdapat masalah pada alat kerja seperti komputer dan perangkat keras lainnya dikantor mereka harus melakukan pelaporan secara manual. Dengan ada permasalahan seperti itu dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi pengaduan pelayanan SIM RS berbasis Web untuk mempermudah masalah tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada RSJD Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda dapat diidenfikasikan bahwa sistem pengontrolan terhadap keluhan yang dilaporkan tidak dapat dilakukan secara cepat. Pengaduan pelayanan SIM RS membantu setiap department untuk melakukan pelaporan terhadap rusaknya pada computer dan perangkat keras lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan dan pembuatan perangkat lunak ini adalah metode perancangan RAD (Rapid Application Development), dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, dan database MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pengaduan pelayanan SIM RS berbasis Web pada RSJD Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam hal permintaan perbaikan alat kerja. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi pengaduan pelayanan, RAD,, Web, PHP ========================================================= ABSTRACT Skripsi Title: Application of Complaints on Web-Based Hospital SIM Services at the Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda Regional Mental Hospital In general, when employees have problems with work tools such as computers and other hardware at the office, they must report manually. With such problems there was made an application for complaints of Web-based SIM SIM services to simplify the problem. Based on the results of the research at Atma Husada Mahakam Hospital in Samarinda, it can be identified that the system of controlling complaints reported cannot be done quickly. Complaints on RS SIM services help each department to report damage to computers and other hardware. The method used in the design and manufacture of this software is the method of designing RAD (Rapid Application Development), using the PHP programming language, HTML, and MySQL database as data storage. This study aims to produce an application for complaints of Web-based hospital SIM services at Atma Husada Mahakam Hospital RSJD which are expected to facilitate in terms of requests for repair of work tools.u8 Keywords: Service complaints application, RAD , Web, PHP
