Abstract
Agar dapat terus bersaing para pengusaha laundry dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Pada jaman ini pengguna smartphone android sangatlah tinggi, hal ini mendorong penulis untuk menciptakan sebuah solusi berupa aplikasi marketplace pemesanan laundry on-demand berbasis android yang dapat membantu meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan penulis adalah metode prototyping yang melibatkan calon pengguna secara langsung. Sistem aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language, Use Case Scenario, Entity Relationship Diagram dan Business Process Model And Notation serta diuji menggunakan black box testing dan beta testing. Untuk metode black box testing penulis menggunakan teknik equivalent partitioning dan boundary value analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah aplikasi berbentuk marketplace yang dapat digunakan pada platform android. Aplikasi ini disertai dengan fitur pencarian laundry terdekat, pelacakan pesanan, dan pemesanan jasa. ========================================================================== In order to keep competing, entrepreneurs are expected to take advantages of the latest technology. The number of android smartphone users nowadays is getting higher, thus, author offered a solution in the form of an android-based On Demand Laundry Booking Marketplace Application to help laundry service entrepreneurs attract more customers. The development method used by author was prototyping method. This method involves users directly in order to collect data of users’ needs. The author uses Unified Modeling Language, Use Case Scenario, Entity Relationship Diagram, and Business Process Model and Notation to design the system. Test subject was done using black box testing and beta testing. As for the black box testing, author used equivalent partitioning and boundary value analysis technique. The result of this research is an application in the form of a marketplace which can be used on android platform. This application is accompanied with nearest laundry, order tracking, and online order features.
