Abstract

Gusti Ahmad Fazuardi Fitrianur, 2019, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Karyawan Pada Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Aisyiyah Samarinda Dengan Menggunakan Metode Profile Matching. Pembimbing I : Asep Nurhuda, M.Kom, Pembimbing II : Amelia Yusnita, M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Penerimaan Karyawan, Profile Matching Pengisian karyawan yang kosong pada proses penerimaan karyawan sering mengalami kesulitan karena pengajuan calon karyawan yang bisa menempati jabatan tersebut dengan cara pencocokan profil calon karyawan yang sesuai dengan profil jabatan yang ada. Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk proses profile matching dan analisis gap ini dibuat berdasarkan data di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Aisyiyah Samarinda. Proses profile matching dilakukan untuk menentukan rekomendasi calon karyawan dalam sistem penerimaan karyawan berdasarkan pada 3 kriteria yaitu aspek keagamaan, aspek kesehatan, dan aspek pendidikan. Hasil dari proses seleksi berupa skor akhir calon karyawan sebagai rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan untuk memilih karyawan yang cocok pada jabatan yang kosong tersebut. Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode profile matching, metode pengujian menggunakan black box digunakan untuk melihat apakah input diterima dengan benar dan output yang dihasilkan benar. Keywords: Decision Support System, Emloyee Acceptance, Profile Matching Employment of employees who are empty in the recruitment process often has difficulties due to the submission of prospective employees who can occupy the position by matching the profile of prospective employees in accordance with the existing job profile. The decision support system for the profile matching process and gap analysis was made based on data at Aisyiyah Samarinda Maternal and Child Hospital. The profile matching process is carried out to determine the recommendations of prospective employees in the recruitment system based on 3 criteria, namely religious aspects, health aspects, and educational aspects. The results of the selection process in the form of the final score of prospective employees as a recommendation for decision makers to choose suitable employees in the vacant position. The development of this system is done using the profile matching method, , the test method using black box is used to see whether the input is received correctly and the output produced is correct. The programming language used for making this application is PHP and MySQL for the database. With the existence of a support system, the decision to recommend employee recruitment can provide convenience for decision makers in choosing suitable employees to fill vacant positions.
