Abstract

Nur Jannah Indriyanti, 2019, Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Roti Gembong Berbasis Web Dan SMS Gateway Pada Roti Gembong Juanda, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing (I), Basrie, M.Kom, Pembimbing (II), Prof. Dr. Drs. H. Mulyadi, Sy.P., MBA., MM. Kata Kunci : SMS Gateway, Sistem Informasi, Pemesanan, Website. Roti Gembong Juanda merupakan perusahaan di kota Samarinda yang bergerak di bidang kuliner. Adapun misi yang ingin diwujudkan diantaranya ialah memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi konsumen salah satunya ialah dalam hal pemesanan, dan Roti Gembong Juanda yang belum memiliki media pemesanan online sehingga pembeli melakukan proses pemesanan langsung di tempat atau pun menghubungi nomor yang disediakan sehingga perlu dibuatkan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Roti Gembong Berbasis Web Dan SMS Gateway Pada Roti Gembong Juanda. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan prototype karena metode ini merupakan salah satu metode pengembangan yang sifatnya sangat cepat dan menghemat waktu. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga sistem yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Dengan Adanya Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Roti Gembong Berbasis Web Dan SMS Gateway Pada Roti Gembong Juanda dapat menangani proses penjualan secara online, melakukan penjualan dengan lebih variatif dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi serba digital. Pada hasil tesing dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner kepada 10 (sepuluh) responden dapat ditarik kesimpulan lebih dari 94% responden menjawab bahwa Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Roti Gembong Berbasis Web Dan SMS Gateway Pada Roti Gembong Juanda memenuhi kriteria – kriteria situs website atau web aplikasi yang baik. ======================================================= Nur Jannah Indriyanti, 2019, Roti Gembong Order System Web-Based and SMS Gateway on Roti Gembong Juanda, STIMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Supervisor (I), Basrie, M.Kom, Supervisor (II), Prof. Dr. Drs. Its missions are to give best service for consumer for order, and Roti Gembong Juanda does not have online order media then the costumer do ordering on the place or contact number which is provided. As the result it is required to make Roti Gembong Order System Web-Based and SMS Gateway on Roti Gembong Juanda. Data collecting method uses observation method and system development method uses prototype, because this method is one of development method which its characteristic is fast and saving time. Then test systems are Black Box and Beta Testing, as the result system which is obtained is according to wish of user candidate. With the existence of Roti Gembong Order System Web-Based and SMS Gateway on Roti Gembong Juanda can handle online selling process, to do selling with more variative and follow all digital of technological development. On testing result, can be concluded that test result of questionnaire questions to 10 (ten) respondents can be concluded more than 94% respondents answer that Roti Gembong Order System Web-Based and SMS Gateway on Roti Gembong Juanda fulfills criteria for well website or web application.
