Abstract

Sistem informasi ujian berbasis komputer atau dikenal juga dengan Computer Based Test (CBT) adalah sistem pelaksanaan ujian dengan menggunakan komputer sebagai media ujiannya. Ujian sekolah adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh satuan pendidikan untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi peserta didik sebagai pengukuran prestasi belajar atau pencapaian kompetensi sekolah. Di dalam evaluasi hasil ujian yang selama ini berjalan pada SMP Negeri 18 Samarinda dilihat kurang efektif dan efisien karena banyak memakan biaya, waktu, dan tempat. Biaya dalam hal ini banyaknya dana yang dikeluarkan pihak sekolah untuk menyediakan dokumen-dokumen ujian seperti fotokopi soal ujian. Waktu dalam hal ini adalah lamanya tahap-tahap pengerjaan dan pelaporan hasil ujian. Pada evaluasi ujian tidak memberikan hasil evaluasi secara real time. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan dengan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall, metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka, metode analisis user, teknologi, kebutuhan, informasi, analisa perancangan sistem menggunakan Flowchart dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Dalam pengembangan Sistem Informasi ini digunakan bahasa pemrograman php, bootstrap, javascript dan Database MYSQL. Metode pengujian Sistem informasi ini menggunakan pengujian Black-box dan Beta Testing. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni Sistem Informasi Ujian Berbasis Komputer yang dibangun dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang terdapat pada SMP Negeri 18 Samarinda dalam proses pelaksanaan ujian sekolah, memudahkan guru dalam pendistribusian soal dan proses pemberian nilai ujian yang efektif dan efisien karena proses penilaian diberikan langsung saat siswa selesai mengerjakan ujian. ======================================================== Computer Based Exam Information System, also known as Computer Based Test (CBT), is a system for conduting examinations using computer as a test medium. School examinations are activities carried out by educational units to measure the achievement of student competencies as a measure of learning achievement or achievement of school competencies In evaluating the results of the tests that have been running at Junior High School State 18 Samarinda, they are seen as less effective and efficient because they consume a lot of costs, time and place. The cost in this case is the amount of funds issued by the school to provide exam documents such as photocopying exam questions. Time in this case is the length of the stages of execution and reporting of the test results. In the evaluation of the exam does not provide evaluation results in real time. This information system was developed with the method of developing the waterfall system, data collection methods with interviews, observation and literature studies, user analysis methods, technology, needs, information, system design analysis using Flowcharts and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). In developing this Information System php, bootstrap, javascript and MYSQL Databases are used. Test method This information system uses Black-box and Beta Testing testing. The final results of this research are Computer Based Exam Information System which can solve problems found in Junior High School State 18 Samarinda in the process of implementing school examinations, making it easier for teachers to distribute questions and process test scores effectively and efficiently because the assessment process is given directly when students finish the exam.
