Abstract
ABSTRAK Rika Syofiansyah, 2019, Analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen pada Hotel MJ Samarinda. Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, skripsi. Pembimbing I : Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., MMSI., dan Pembimbing II : Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI. Kata Kunci : Sistem, informasi, manajemen, hotel Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem pemesanan kamar secara online dan juga membuat corporate website sebagai alat komunikasi antara Hotel MJ dan masyarakat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah waterfall. Alat bantu pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Data Flow Diagram dan Sitemap. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql. Dari hasil penelitian dibangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen pada Hotel MJ Samarinda. Tujuan sistem informasi ini untuk membangun sistem booking kamar secara online dan menjadikan website sebagai identitas perusahaan dan sebagai media promosi. ============================================ ABSTRACT Rika Syofiansyah, 2019. Keywords: Systems, information, management, hotel This research was conducted to create an online room booking system and also made the company's website a communication tool between MJ Hotels and the community. System developing method that used in this research is waterfall. System development tools are data flow diagram and sitemap. This information system is buid using PHP programs and MySql database. The results of the study were built a Management Information System at Hotel MJ Samarinda. The purpose of this information system is to build an online room booking system and make the website as a corporate identity and as a promotional tool.
