Abstract

Tri Widyawati, 2019, Rancang Bangun Sistem Pengolahan Data Gaji Pegawai Berbasis Client Server Pada CV. Patoya Indah, Skripsi Program Studi Teknik Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma. Pembimbing I: Basrie,M.Kom Pembimbing II : Siti Qomariah,M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem-Pengolahan, Gaji Pegawai, Client Server, CV. Patoya Indah Untuk memudahkan pengolahan penggajian, laporan dan slip gaji, memberikan informasi pegawai CV. Patoya Indah, dibutuhkan suatu perangkat lunak yang dapat mengolah data pegawai. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan analisis sehingga dapat diperoleh hasil dengan ditemukannya kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk perangkat lunak yang dibangun. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis kebutuhan, pengguna dan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh perngkat lunak yang dibangun benar-benar bermanfaat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis permasalahan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, maka dapat dirancang suatu peangkat lunak dengan melakukan analisis data menggunakan paradigma perangkat lunak secara metode waterfall. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang harus menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi untuk mengolah data atau pengaturan administrasi dalam proses pongolahan data gaji tersebut. Saat ini pada proses pengolahan data gaji pegawai di unit CV. Patoya Indah masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan excel, sehingga proses perhitungan gaji kurang efisien dan kurang maksimal, sehingga dalam proses pembayaran gaji masih ditemukan banyak kendala, diantaranya sebagai berikut: a. Proses pencatatan dan perubahan data kurang efisien. b. Kesulitan dalam proses pencarian data pegawai. c. Pembuatan laporan yang masih menggunakan excel. Kendala tersebut diatas terjadi karena sistem yang digunakan saat ini masih menggunakan excel. Dengan adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasikan mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pembayaran gaji, sehingga kesalahan dalam proses pembayaran gaji tersebut dapat diperkecil. ========================================================= Tri Widyawati, 2019, Design of Employee Salary Data Processing System Based on Client Server on CV. Currently in the process of processing employee salary data in the CV unit. Patoya Indah is still done using excel, so the salary calculation process is less efficient and less than optimal, so there are still many obstacles in the salary payment process, including the following: a. The process of recording and changing data is less efficient. b. Difficulties in the process of finding employee data. c. Making reports that still use Excel. The above constraints occur because the system currently used still uses Excel. With a computerized system that simplifies and speeds up the process of paying salaries, so that errors in the process of paying the salary can be reduced.
