Abstract

ABSTRAK Nur Lipi Jumadil Sapari, 2019, Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Pada Puskesmas Penyinggahan. Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda,Pembimbing I : Dr. H. Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Pada Puskesmas Penyinggahan Berbasis Website yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data rekam medis pasien serta menghasilkan suatu laporan yang akurat, cepat dan dapat dipercaya keberadaan dan kebenarannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesman Peyinggahan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara studi pustaka yaitu mempelajari hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem informasi rekam medis pasien. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung ke Puskesmas Penyinggahan. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu model Waterfall dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Xampp. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Pada Puskesmas Penyinggahan yang dapat menangani pengolahan data rekam medis pasien sehingga lebih mudah untuk merekap data yang diperlukan tanpa harus membuang waktu dalam proses pengumpulan data serta menghasilkan suatu laporan seperti laporan penyakit teratas dan laporan kunjungan pasien berdasarkan jenis pasien dan jenis kelamin yang akurat, cepat dan dapat dipercaya keberadaan dan kebenarannya. ============================================================== ABSTRACT Nur Lipi Jumadil Sapari, 2019, Medical Record Information System at Penyinggahan Health Center. The research was conducted to be able to create a Medical Record Information System at Website Based Puskesmas Penyinggahan which later if this study succeeded could provide convenience in processing the patient's medical record data and produce an accurate, fast and reliable report on the existence and truth. This research was conducted at Peyinggahan Health Center. The method of data collection is used by means of literature studies, namely learning things related to the patient's medical record information system. By way of observation, namely making observations directly to the Puskesmas Penyinggahan. In this study the system development method used is the Waterfall model with the supporting software used is Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Xampp. The final results of this study are in the form of a Medical Record Information System at Penyinggahan Health Center that can handle the processing of patient medical record data so that it is easier to recap the data needed without having to waste time in the process of collecting data and produce reports such as top disease reports and visit reports patients by type of patient and gender are accurate, fast and trustworthy.
