Abstract

ABSTRAK Dean Swarna Dwipa (2019), Sistem Informasi Monitoring Kehadiran Pegawai Pada Seksi Pengendalian dan Ketertiban Dinas Perhubungan Kota Samarinda. Skripsi jurusan Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) Yunita,SE.,MM Pembimbing (II) Bartolomius Harpad, M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Monitoring Kehadiran Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Monitoring Kehadiran Pegawai Pada Seksi Pengendalian dan Ketertiban Dinas Perhubungan Kota Samarinda Berbasis online ditunjukkan sebagai laporan absen dan absen online pegawai yang bekerja di kantor tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Seksi Pengendalian dan Ketertiban Dinas Perhubungan Kota Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan – pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana memonitor kehadiran pegawai berdasarkan absensi harian. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu waterfall model dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Brackets, PhpMyadmin. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Sistem Informasi Monitoring Kehadiran Pegawai Pada Seksi Pengendalian dan Ketertiban Dinas Perhubungan Kota Samarinda Berbasis online yang dapat menyajikan informasi, absensi kehadiran pegawai dan memonitoring rekapan selama satu bulan. ========================================================= ABSTRACT Dean Swarna Dwipa (2019), Employee Attendance Monitoring Information System in the Control and Order Section of the Department of Transportation of Samarinda City. Keywords: Information Systems, Attendance Monitoring The research was conducted to be able to create an Employee Attendance Monitoring Information System in the Control and Order Section of the Samarinda City Transportation Department. It was shown as an absentee report and absent online employees working in the office. This research was conducted in the Control and Order Section of the Department of Transportation of Samarinda City. The data collection method used is by interview by asking questions related to how to monitor employee attendance based on daily attendance. In this study the system development method used is the waterfall model with the supporting software used is Brackets, PhpMyadmin. The final results of this study are in the form of Employee Attendance Monitoring Information System in the Control and Order Section of the Department of Transportation of the City of Samarinda based online that can present information, attendance of employees and monitor receptions for one month.
