Abstract

Ketersediaan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia cukup tinggi, namun karena pentingnya sumber daya manusia pada suatu perusahaan menyebabkan keselektifan perusahaan dalam memilih calon karyawannya. Perusahaan akan menetapkan kriteria yang sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan dalam memilih calon karyawan tetap. Karena dalam pemilihan karyawan tetap harus benar-benar berkualitas dan mempunyai kemampuan yang sesuai dengan beban pekerjaan yang akan diberikan perusahaan. Dalam proses pengangkatan karyawan tetap di PT Telkom Akses pihak manajemen sering kali mengalami kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan karena hasil penilaian yang sama. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan pengangkatan karyawan tetap ini adalah Metode Profile Matching. Profile Matching akan membantu dalam proses mekanisme perhitungan kriteria untuk mengambil keputusan terhadap suatu objek yang akan dinilai dilihat dari tingkat variabel prediktor yang ideal yang harus dimiliki calon karyawan tetap. Diharapkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode profile matching dalam pengangkatan karyawan tetap dapat membantu manajemen PT Telkom Akses dalam pengambilan keputusan sesuai perhitungan dari kriteria yang diberikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi oleh PT. Telkom Akses. Dalam membangun aplikasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Profile Matching , metode pengujian blackbox dan pengujian beta, database MYSQL dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), dreamweaver sebagai webeditor, apache sebagai webserver local, flowchart dan site map sebagai alat bantu perancangan sistem ============================================================ The availability of human resources in Indonesia is quite high, but because of the importance of human resources in a company, it causes the company's effectiveness in choosing its prospective employees. The company will set criteria that are in accordance with the company's objectives in selecting permanent employees. Because in the selection of employees must still be truly qualified and have the ability in accordance with the workload that will be given the company. In the process of appointing permanent employees at PT Telkom Access to management often has difficulty in making decisions because of the same results of the assessment. The method used in the appointment decision support system for permanent employees is the Profile Matching Method. The Profile Matching will help in the process of calculating the criteria for making decisions on an object that will be judged from the level of the ideal predictor that must be held by a permanent employee. It is expected that a decision support information system application using the profile matching method in the appointment of employees can still help PT Telkom management Access to decision making according to the calculation of the criteria given by the company. This research was made to overcome various obstacles faced by PT. Telkom Access. In building this application using the method of developing a Profile Matching system, blackbox testing methods and beta testing, MYSQL database and using the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), Dreamweaver as a webeditor, Apache as a local webserver, flowchart and site map as a system design tool.
