Abstract
Asisten laboratorium komputer merupakan salah satu unsur dalam menunjang proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran praktikum. Seorang asisten bertugas sebagai pendamping dosen pada kegiatan praktikum dan mampu mengarahkan potensi mahasiswa agar dapat berkembang dengan maksimal. Dalam proses pengajaran dipraktikum setiap dosen memiliki asisten yang jumlah tergantung banyaknya mahasiswa praktikum. Proses belajar mengajar diharapkan dengan adanya sistem berjalan yang baik dan transfer ilmu tersampaikan mengingat pentingnya peranan asisten saat ini, maka asisten harus mampu memotivasi dan pengembangan diri guna meningkatkan kinerja secara maksmial. Penilaian Kinerja Asisten Laboratorium Komputer Stmik Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda dengan metode SMART. SMART merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan untuk menyelesaikan masalah penentuan pilihan yang bersifat multiobjective diantara beberapa kriteria. Teknik pengambilan keputusan multikriteria ini didasarkan pada teori bahwa setiap alternatif terdiri dari sejumlah kriteria yang memiliki nilai-nilai dan setiap kriteria memiliki bobot yang menggambarkan seberapa penting dibandingkan kriteria lain. Pembobotan ini digunakan untuk menilai setiap alternatif agar diperoleh alternatif terbaik. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode SMART diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah kepala laboratorium untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi kinerja asisten labotorium Komputer di STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda. ============================================================================================== Assistants Computer Laboratory is one element in supporting the process of conducting practical learning. An assistant serves as a lecturer companion in practical activities and is able to direct the potential of students to develop optimally. In the process of discussing in practice, each lecturer has an amount of assistants depending on the amount of practicum students. The teaching and learning process is expected with the existence of a good running system and the transfer of knowledge conveyed given the importance of the role of current assistants, then the assistant must be able to motivate and self-development in order to improve performance maximally. Performance Appraisal Assistants Computer Laboratory Stmik Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda With SMART Method. SMART is a decision-making method to solve multiobjective selection problems among several criteria. This multi-criteria decision making technique is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important it is compared to other criteria. This weighting is used to assess each alternative so that the best alternative is obtained. The Decision Support System with SMART method is expected to be able to help and facilitate the head of the laboratory for decision making in the selection of performance assistants computer laboratory in STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda.
