Abstract

Silvia Fitriana, 2019, Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Pelanggaran Siswa Pada Bagian Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMP Negeri 2 Long Hubung Berbasis SMS Gateway. Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing I Salmon, M.Kom dan Pembimbing II Bartolomius Harpad, M.Kom. Pengolahan data pelanggaran siswa merupakan kebutuhan umum yang ada pada sebuah sekolah, tidak terkecuali SMP Negeri 2 Long Hubung . Pengelolaan pengolahan data pelanggaran siswa umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak bersifat real time. Sistem Informasi barang berbasis SMS gateway pada SMP Negeri 2 Long Hubung hadir untuk memaksimalkan pengelolaan pengolahan data pelanggaran siswa. Sistem tersebut berfungsi sebagai manajemen internal sehingga sistem yang terintegrasi dan bersifat real time seiring dengan proses pengolahan data pelanggaran siswa yang terjadi di dalamnya. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Pelanggaran Siswa ini dimanfaatkan oleh Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMP Negeri 2 Long Hubung tersebut. Sehingga memudahkan kebutuhan user untuk mengakses informasi secara cepat dan tepat. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu waterfall model dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Sublime, Script programming PHP dan Xampp (Mysql, serta PHPmyadmin). Dari hasil pengujian bahwa Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Pelanggaran Siswa dapat bekerja dengan baik. Sehinga ketika user ingin menginputkan data ataupun mengirimkan pesan kepada orangtua / wali siswa, serta laporan daftar siswa dan laporan siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran. ======================================================================================================================== Silvia Fitriana, 2019, Information System for Processing Student Violation Data in the Guidance and Counseling Section of Long Hubung 2 Public Middle School Based on SMS Gateway. Data processing of student violations is a general need that exists in a school, not to mention the State Middle School 2 Long Hubung. Management of student violation data processing is generally done manually and is not real time. The goods information system based on SMS gateway in SMP Negeri 2 Long Hubung is present to maximize the management of student violation data processing. The system functions as internal management so that the system is integrated and is real time in line with the data processing of student violations that occur in it. This Student Violation Data Processing Information System is used by Guidance and Counseling Teachers at the Long Hubung 2 Middle School. So as to facilitate the needs of users to access information quickly and precisely. In this study the system development method used is the waterfall model with the supporting software used are Sublime, programming script PHP and Xampp (Mysql, and PHPmyadmin). From the results of testing that the Student Violation Data Processing Information System can work well. So when the user wants to input data or send messages to parents / guardians of students, as well as reports on student lists and reports of students who commit violations.
