Abstract

ABSTRAK Karman, 15.43.043, 2019, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Perekrutan Anggota Baru Pada Korps Musik (KORSIK) Kabupaten Berau dengan Implementasi Metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Perekrutan Anggota Baru Pada Korps Musik (KORSIK) Kabupaten Berau dengan Implementasi Metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan Adobe Dreamweaver dan databasenya menggunakan MySql. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Korps Musik Kabupaten Berau yang beralamatkan di Jalan Mangga 1 kota Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten berau. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, studi lapangan, observasi dan wawancara, alat bantu pengembangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) serta pengujian menggunakan black-box, white-box dan beta testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sistem pendukung keputusan untuk Perekrutan Anggota Baru Pada Korps Musik (KORSIK) Kabupaten Berau. pengguna dapat menginputkan data anggota, data kriteria penilaian, data sub kriteria dan data alternatif atau proses perhitungan. Kemudian admin dapat menginputkan data calon anggota baru. Sistem akan mencari solusi menggunakan metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP), kemudian suatu keputusan akan didapat dan ditampilkan oleh sistem tersebut. The purpose of this study was to produce a Support System for Decision of New Member Recruitment in the Music Corps (KORSIK) of Berau Regency with the Implementation of the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. The programming language used by Adobe Dreamweaver and its database uses MySql. This research was conducted at the Berau Regency Music Corps which was addressed at Jalan Mangga 1, Tanjung Redeb city, Berau Regency. Data collection techniques used are literature study, field study, observation and interview, system development tools using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and testing using black-box, white-box and beta testing. The results of this study are in the form of a decision support system for Recruitment of New Members in the Music Corps (KORSIK) of Berau Regency. Users can input member data, assessment criteria data, sub criteria data and alternative data or calculation processes. Then the admin can input the data of new prospective members. The system will find a solution using the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method, then a decision will be obtained and displayed by the system.
