Abstract
Jamaluddin, 2019, Sistem Informasi Monitoring Kinerja Guru Pada Yayasan Perguruan Nahdlatul Ulama Kalimantan Timur. Kata kunci : Web, Komputer, Monitoring Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah sistem informasi monitoring kinerja guru yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa membantu Yayasan Perguruan Nahdlatul Ulama Kalimantan Timur dalam melakukan proses monitoring kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Perguruan Nahdlatul Ulama Kalimantan Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan–pertanyaan yang berkaitan monitoring kinerja guru. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung ke Yayasan Perguruan Nahdlatul Ulama Kalimantan Timur. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu waterfal,l model dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah PHP, AppServ (Mysql, serta PHPmyadmin). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem informasi berbasis WEB yang dapat menyajikan informasi hasil monitoring untuk diketahui oleh Yayasan, sistem informasi monitoring kinerja sebagai media dalam proses monitoring kinerja, sistem informasi berbasis WEB sebagai media yang dapat memberikan informasi secara efektif, dan efisien. ========================================================= Jamaluddin, 2019, Information System for Monitoring Teacher Performance at the East Kalimantan Nahdlatul Ulama College Foundation. Keywords: Web, Computer, Monitoring The research was conducted to be able to create a teacher performance monitoring information system which later if this study succeeded in being able to help the East Kalimantan Nahdlatul Ulama College Foundation in the process of monitoring teacher performance. This research was conducted at the East Kalimantan Nahdlatul Ulama College Foundation. The method of data collection used is by interview which asks questions related to monitoring teacher performance. By way of observation, namely making observations directly to the East Kalimantan Nahdlatul Ulama College Foundation. In this study the system development method used is waterfal, l model with supporting software used is PHP, AppServ (Mysql, and PHPmyadmin). The final results of this study are in the form of a WEB-based information system that can present information on monitoring results to be known by the Foundation, performance monitoring information systems as a media in the process of monitoring performance, WEB-based information systems as media that can provide information effectively and efficiently.
