Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Sesuai Kebutuhan Konsumen Dengan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) pada Carin Celluler dengan harapan dapat membantu dalam pemilihan Smartphone yang Sesuai Kebutuhan Konsumen. Dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 dan databasenya menggunakan Microsoft Access. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, studi lapangan, observasi dan wawancara. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Sesuai Kebutuhan Konsumen, merupakan sistem yang dibuat untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam untuk menentukan Pembelian Smartphone Sesuai Kebutuhan Konsumen pada Carin Celluler dengan menggunakan bantuan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mengetahui Smartphone Sesuai Kebutuhan Konsumen berdasarkan hasil penilaian Smartphone. Pengguna dapat menginputkan data Smartphone, data penilaian Smartphone disetiap kriteria, kemudian sistem akan mencari solusi dengan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial. Setelah keputusan didapatkan, maka sistem akan menampilkan keputusan tersebut. ========================================================= The purpose of this study is to produce a Smartphone Purchase Decision Support System in Accordance with Consumer Needs with the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) on Carin Celluler in the hope that it can assist in the selection of Smartphones that Suit Consumer Needs. By using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and the database using Microsoft Access. In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature studies, field studies, observations and interviews. Smartphone Purchase Decision Support System According to Consumer Needs, is a system created to assist in making decisions in determining Smartphone Purchases in accordance with Consumer Needs at Carin Celluler using the help of the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE). The results of this study are the decision support system to find out which smartphones meet consumer needs based on the results of Smartphone evaluations. Users can input Smartphone data, Smartphone rating data in each criterion, then the system will find a solution with the Exponential Comparison Method. After the decision is obtained, the system will display the decision.
