Abstract

Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Geografis, Pemetaan Objek Pariwisata, Pariwisata Kutai Barat. Pariwisata merupakan suatu perjalanan yang dilakukan seseorang untuk sementara waktu yang diselenggarakan dari suatu tempat ke tempat yang lain untuk menikmati kegiatan pertamasyaan atau rekreasi untuk memenuhi keinginan yang beraneka ragam. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Geografis Berbasis Web Untuk Pemetaan Pariwisata Kutai Barat, sehingga para wisatawan akan lebih mudah menentukan wisata mana yang akan dikunjungi. Sistem Informasi Geografis Berbasis Web Untuk Pemetaan Objek Pariwisata Kutai Barat dibangun menggunakan Google Maps API. Google Maps API adalah salah satu penyedia jasa peta digital yang disematkan ke dalam web atau mengambil data dari Google Maps lalu menampilkannya didalam web yang telah dibuat melalui bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sistem Informasi Geografis Untuk Pemetaan Objek Pariwisata diharapkan dapat membantu para wisatawan agar lebih mudah untuk menentukan destinasi wisata yang akan dikunjungi. ========================================================= Metussael Jost Oxzon, 2019, Web-Based Geographic Information System for Mapping Tourism Objects in West Kutai Regency. Tourism is a journey done by someone temporarily held from one place to another to enjoy sightseeing or recreational activities to fulfill diverse desires. With the existence of a Web-Based Geographic Information System for Mapping Kutai Barat Tourism, so that tourists will more easily determine which tours to visit. Web-Based Geographic Information System for Mapping West Kutai Tourism Objects are built using the Google Maps API. Google Maps API is one of the digital map service providers embedded in the web or retrieve data from Google Maps and then display it on the web that has been created through the PHP programming language. Geographical Information Systems for Mapping Tourism Objects are expected to help tourists to make it easier to determine the tourist destinations to be visited.
