Abstract
Taman wisata alam Graha Mangrove Bontang Kaltim yang terletak di perumahan BSD (Bukit Sekatup Damai) Jalan Gunung Batur, menjadi salah satu alternatif wisata alam di Kota Bontang, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Taman mangrove ini yang awalnya hanya dikelola oleh masyarakat sekitar akhirnya sekarang mendapatkan perhatian dari pemerintah kota Bontang khususnya dari Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata, dikarenakan selain berfungsi sebagai penahan abrasi pantai, hutan bakau ini juga berfungsi sebagai penghambat bahan-bahan pencemar di perairan pantai. Taman wisata alam Graha Mangrove Bontang Kaltim ini sering menjadi objek wisata yang sering di kunjungi oleh wisatawan baik dari Kota Bontang sendiri maupun wisatawan dari luar daerah, namun pengurus taman wisata alam Graha Mangrove ini masih memiliki kendala mengenai proses reservasi di tempat wisata ini dikarenakan sistem reservasi di taman wisata alam Graha Mangrove masih menggunakan cara manual untuk dapat mereservasi fasilitas berupa gazebo dan cafe yang ada pada taman wisata alam Graha Mangrove. Sistem Informasi Reservasi Dan Pariwisata Pada Taman Wisata Graha Mangrove Bontang Kaltim Berbasis Website ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, metode pengembangan waterfall, metode pengujian blackbox, beta testing dan dapat menghasilkan informasi mengenai lokasi wisata dan juga reservasi fasilitas yang terdapat pada taman wisata Graha Mangrove Bontang. ========================================================= The natural tourist park of Graha Mangrove, Bontang, East Kalimantan, which is located in the BSD housing complex (Bukit Sekatup Damai), Jalan Gunung Batur, is one of the alternative natural attractions in Bontang City, East Kalimantan Province. This mangrove park, which was originally managed by the surrounding community, is finally getting attention from Bontang city government especially from the Department of Culture and Tourism, because in addition to functioning as a coastal abrasion retainer, this mangrove forest also serves as a barrier of pollutant materials in coastal waters. Nature tourism park Graha Mangrove Bontang Kaltim is often a tourist attraction that is often visited by tourists from both the city of Bontang itself and tourists from outside the area, but the manager of the natural park Graha Mangrove is still having constraints on the reservation process in this tourist spot due to the reservation system in the natural tourist park Graha Mangrove still uses manual methods to be able to reserve facilities in the form of gazebos and cafes in the Graha Mangrove natural tourism park. Information System Reservation And Tourism At Graha Mangrove Park Bontang Kaltim Based Website is created by using PHP programming language, waterfall development method, blackbox testing methods, beta testing and can generate information about tourist locations and also reservation facilities contained in the tourist park Graha Mangrove Bontang.
