Abstract
Martinus Rangga Bramasta, 2017. Sistem Informasi Akademik Pada SD Negeri 011 Kec. Sungai Pinang Berbasis Web. Skripsi, Program Studi Sistem Informasi STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Pembimbing I : H. Tommy Bustomi, M.Kom dan Pembimbing II : Hj. Ekawati Yulsilviana, SP., MM. Kata Kunci : Sistem, Informasi, Akademik, PHP, MySQL Sistem Informasi Akademik adalah sebuah kebutuhan utama bagi sekolah baik SD, SMP, SMA, SMK, dan perguruan tinggi. Selain dapat mempermudah pekerjaan dalam pengelolaan nilai, sistem informasi akademik juga dapat membantu dalam keamanan penyimpanan. Sudah banyak sekolah yang memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut, namun beberapa sekolah masih belum menerapkannya terutama sekolah swasta. Sistem informasi akademik yang baik seharusnya dapat fleksibel dan mudah digunakan. Fleksibel adalah mudah digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja sehingga tidak terpacu pada tempat tertentu. Mudah digunakan artinya saat menginputkan nilai guru mudah dalam pengunaannya. Tampilan harus familiar dengan keseharian guru. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi akademik pada SD Negeri 011 Kec. Sungai Pinang Berbasis Web untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa maupun orang tua siswa dan masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan informasi pendidikan. Dalam metode analisa dan desain sistem, alat bantu pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Flowchart, Flow Of Document (FOD) Yang sedang berjalan, Flow Of Document (FOD) Yang diusulkan, Context Diagram (CD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Level 0, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Level 1, HIPO (Hirarchy Plus Input Process Output), Site Map dan Relational Database. Untuk membangun sistem ini, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dengan adanya sebuah Sistem Informasi Akademik Pada SD Negeri 011 Kec. Sungai Pinang Berbasis Web Mempermudah siswa, orang tua siswa ataupun wali siswa untuk melihat perkembangan anak mereka sehari-hari dengan informasi nilai yang diberikan oleh pihak sekolah yang dapat diakses dimanapun berada sehingga bermanfaat bagi SD Negeri 011 Kec. Sungai Pinang sebagai bentuk pelayanan informasi kepada siswa maupun orang tua siswa. ======================================================== Martinus Rangga Bramasta, 2017. Keywords: System, Information, Academic, PHP, MySQL Academic Information System is a primary requirement for schools both elementary, junior high, high school, vocational, and college. In addition to simplify the work in value management, academic information systems can also assist in storage security. Already many schools are utilizing the technology, but some schools still have not implemented it, especially private schools. A good academic information system should be flexible and easy to use. Flexible is easy to use anytime and anywhere so it is not motivated at a certain place. Easy to use means when input teacher value easy in its use. The display should be familiar to the teacher's daily life. In this study was conducted with the aim to produce an academic information system at SD Negeri 011 Kec. Sungai Pinang Web-based to provide information to students and parents of students and the community in terms of educational information services. In the system analysis and design methods, the system development tools used are Flowchart, Flow Of Document (FOD) On-going, Proposed Flow Of Document (FOD), Context Diagram (CD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Level 0, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Level 1, HIPO (Hirarchy Plus Input Process Output), Site Map and Relational Database. To build this system, the programming language used is, by using PHP programming language as well as MySQL database. With the existence of an Academic Information System At SD Negeri 011 Kec. Pinang River Web-Based Facilitate students, parents or guardians to see their children's daily development with value information provided by the school that can be accessed wherever located so that it is beneficial to SD Negeri 011 Kec. Sungai Pinang as a form of information services to students and parents of students.
