Abstract
Pendaftaran berbasis web ini, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan layanan pendaftaran sambungan baru menjadi lebih mudah sehingga calon pelanggan tidak harus datang ke kantor PDAM untuk melakukan pendaftaran sambungan baru, calon pelanggan bisa melakukan pendaftaran dimana pun dan kapan pun melalui website pendaftaran ini dan calon pelanggan dapat mencetak bukti pendaftaran yang di dalamnya ada informasi biaya penyambungan. Pendaftaran berbasis web ini dikembangkan dengan metode pengembangan sistem Prototype dan alat bantu pengembangan sistem dengan menggunakan Flowchart dan Site Map. Dalam mengembangkan Website Pendaftaran ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery Basis Data MySQL, serta Sublime Text sebagai text editor. Metode pengujian menggunakan Black-box, White-box dan Beta Testing. Dengan dibangunnya website pendaftaran sambungan baru di PDAM Tirta Kencana ini akan diperoleh manfaat yang besar, dimana pengunjung atau user dengan mudah memperoleh informasi tentang prosedur pendaftaran sambungan baru, kantor unit wilayah, golongan dan tarif pelanggan, dapat melakukan pendaftaran online sehingga calon pelanggan tidak perlu lagi datang kantor PDAM, dan calon pelanggan dapat mengetahui biaya penyambungan. ========================================================= This web-based registration, aims to improve services registration of new connections it becomes easier that the prospect does not have to come to the PDAM office to register new connections, the prospective subscriber can register anywhere and anytime through this registration website and the prospective customer can print the proof of registration in which there is information on connection fees. This web-based registration was developed with Prototype system development method and system development tool using Flowchart and Site Map. In developing this Registration Website using programming language PHP, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery MySQL Database, and Sublime Text as text editor. Test method using Black-box, White-box and Beta Testing. With the construction of a new connection registration website in PDAM Tirta Kencana this will be gained great benefits, where visitors or users easily obtain information about the procedure of registration of new connections, regional unit offices, class and tariff subscribers, can register online so that prospective customers no longer need coming PDAM offices, and prospective customers can know the cost of connection.
