Abstract

Kata Kunci : Sistem, Informasi, Antrian, Berobat, Puskesmas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi dan membantu mempermudah pihak pegawai Puskesmas dalam melakukan pelayanan antrian berobat kepada masyarakat khususnya yang berada di kawasan Samarinda Utara. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini di antaranya studi pustaka yang dilakukan untuk mempelajari penulisan literatur yang baik, observasi, wawancara, dan melakukan kuisioner. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode System Develoment Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Alat bantu pengembangan sistem menggunakan flowchart dan sitemap. Dan pengujian sistem menggunakan pengujian blackbox testing dan beta testing. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, masyarakat akan mendapatkan pelayanan yang lebih efisien, kemudian pihak pegawai Puskesmas dapat bekerja lebih cepat dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. This observation has done to develop an information system and make easier the employees of Puskesmas in queue for treatment service, especially in Samarinda Utara area. The methode of collect data which used in this observation, such us: review literature which used to learn good writing in literature, observation, interview, and questionnaire. This information system developed with use System Develoment Life Cycle (SDLC) methode with waterfall model. The tools of system development use flowchart and sitemap. And system of test use blackbox testing dan beta testing. With this information system, the society are able to get service efficiently, then the employees of Puskesmas also able to work faster and give good service to the society.
