Abstract
Sistem pembayaran biaya sekolah di SMK Bhakti Loa Janan masih belum dilakukan secara sistematis. Transaksi pembayaran dilakukan di loket bendahara sekolah secara langsung. Metode ini terkadang mengakibatkan terjadinya antrian panjang di beberapa waktu tertentu. Biaya yang sudah dibayar dicatat dalam buku kas kecil, lalu dimasukkan ke buku besar keuangan dan kartu pembayaran siswa. Sistem manual seperti ini membuat bendahara sulit untuk memberikan laporan secara cepat dan akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model waterfall untuk pengembangannya yang meliputi empat tahap, yaitu analisis, desain, penulisan kode program, pengujian serta penerapan dan perawatan. Sistem informasi berbasis web ini dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, kemudian untuk desain tampilan antarmuka menggunakan Bootstrap. Dengan hasil penelitian sistem dapat membantu bendahara untuk mengolah, menyimpan dan mencari data siswa tentang seluruh administrasi pembayaran biaya sekolah serta pembuatan laporan yang cepat dan akurat. ========================================================= School fees payment system in SMK Bhakti Loa Janan has not been done sistematically. Payment transaction made at the financial section directly. This method causes long queues sometimes. School fees payment that has been paid being recorded in the cash book, then it transfered to financial ledger and school fees payment card. Manually system like this make financial section get difficult to make the report quickly and accurate. Research method that used is Research and Development (R&D) method with waterfall model for the development process which has four stages, analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance. This web based information system developed using PHP and MySQL, then for interface design using Bootsrap. With the results of this research system can help financial section to process, save, and search students data about school fees payment and make the report quickly and accurate.
