Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Calon Presiden BEM STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Menggunakan Metode Naive Bayes, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Skripsi, Pembimbing (I) Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI, dan Pembimbing (II) Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom MM.SI Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemilihan Calon Presiden BEM, Naive Bayes Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mengambil keputusan yang akurat dan tepat sasaran. Banyak permasalahan yang dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan SPK, salah satunya adalah Pemilihan Calon Presiden BEM STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Menggunakan Metode Naive Bayes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Calon Presiden BEM STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Menggunakan Metode Naive Bayes dengan harapan seleksi calon Presiden BEM dilakukan secara obyektif. Dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT dan database yang digunakan yaitu Mysql. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk melakukan keputusan calon Presiden BEM yang dipilih, dan tidak dipilih untuk menjadi calon Presiden BEM. Pengguna dapat memilih Calon Presiden BEM yang telah di ajukan oleh tim formatur sesuai kriteria yang telah ditetapka. Kemudian sistem akan mencari solusi dengan metode Naive Bayes. Setelah keputusan didapatkan, maka sistem akan menampilkan keputusan tersebut. ================================================== Dewi Septyani, 2016. Many problems that can be solved by using SPK, one of them is the Selection of Presidential Candidates BEM STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Using Naive Bayes Method. The purpose of this research is to produce Decision Support System for Presidential Candidate of BEM STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Using Naive Bayes Method in the hope that the selection of candidate for President of BEM is done objectively. By using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and the database used is Mysql. In this research, data collection technique used is literature study, observation and interview. . The result of this research is making decision support system to make decision of BEM President candidate chosen, and not chosen to become candidate of President of BEM. Users can choose BEM Presidential Candidate that has been submitted by the team of formatures according to the criteria that have been set. Then the system will find a solution with Naive Bayes method. Once the decision is obtained, the system will display the decision.
