Abstract

Azahari, M.Kom Kata kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Beras Miskin, Multi Factor Evaluation Process. Raskin merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengurangi beban pengeluaran keluarga miskin. Melalui program Raskin diharapkan berdampak langsung terhadap peningkaan kesejahteraan dan ketahanan pangan keluarga miskin dan secara tidak langsung berdampak terhadap peningkatan gizi, peningkatan kesehatan, peningkatan produktivitas keluarga miskin. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dapat mengatasi masalah, sistem ini dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan calon penerima raskin berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini membantu melakukan penilain setiap keluarga miskin, melakukan perubahan kriteria, dan perubahan nilai parameter. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) sehingga dalam penilaian tepat, dengan adanya sistem pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan masalah penerima beras untuk keluarga miskin menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode MFEP yang diimplementasikan dalam sistem web dapat membantu menyelesaikan pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan masalah penerima beras untuk keluarga miskin, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem sama persis dengan hasil perhitungan manual yang menunjukan bahwa sistem berbasis web yang dibangun adalah valid. ========================================================= Tisa Rusnijiah, 2018, Decision Support System of Raskin Recipients Using Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method In Village of Samarinda Ilir Subdistrict. The Raskin program is expected to have a direct impact on increasing welfare and food security of poor families and indirectly affecting nutrition improvement, improving health, increasing the productivity of poor families Decision Support System (SPK) is part of computer-based information system that can solve the problem, this system can support decision-making of prospective recipients of raskin based on the criteria specified. This decision support system helps to evaluate every poor family, change criteria, and change parameter values Decision Support System (SPK) so that in the appropriate assessment, with the decision-making system related to the problem of recipients of rice for poor families using decision support system with MFEP method implemented in the web system can help complete decision-making related to the problem of recipients of rice for the family poor, the test results show that the system is exactly the same as the results of manual calculations showing that the web-based system built is valid.
