Abstract
ABSTRAK Dauwiyah, 2018, Sistem Informasi Posyandu Terpadu Berbasis Web Pada Posyandu Permata, penelitian ini dibuat sebagai salah satu syarat untuk memperoleh gelar Sarjana Komputer pada STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Dosen pembimbing (I), Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd, M.TI dan Dosen Pembimbing (II) Drs. Azahari,M.Kom Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Posyandu Terpadu Berbasis Web Pada Posyandu Permata Sistem Informasi adalah suatu kumpulan dari beberapa komponen yang terorganisasi untuk mencapai tujuan menjanjikan informasi, salah satu nya adalam menyampaikan informasi tentang Sistem Informasi Posyandu Terpadu Berbasis Web Pada Posyandu Permata Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi posyandu terpadu berbasis web pada posyandu permata dengan harapan agar dapat mempermudah pasien dalam pendaftaran dapat dilakukan secara benar. Dengan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP dan database yang digunakan MySQL, metode yang digunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka,observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem informasi posyandu terpadu berbasis web pada posyandu permata dapat memberikan informasi yang benar dan layanan yang baik bagi para pasien. ========================================================== ABSTRACT Dauwiyah, 2018, Integrated Web Based Integrated Posyandu Information System at Permata Posyandu, this research was made as one of the requirements to obtain a Bachelor degree in STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Supervisor (I), Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd, M.TI and Supervisor (II) Drs. Azahari, M.Kom Keywords: Integrated Web Based Posyandu Information System at Posyandu Permata Information System is a collection of several components that are organized to achieve the purpose of promising information, one of his adalam convey information about Integrated Web Based Posyandu Information System on Jatropha Posyandu The purpose of this research is to produce integrated web-based integrated posyandu information system at posyandu gem in order to facilitate the patient in registration can be done correctly. By using the PHP programming language and database used MySQL, the method used Waterfall system development method. In this research, data collection technique used is literature study, observation and interview. The result of this research is the creation of integrated web based posyandu information system on gems posyandu can provide correct information and good service for the patients.
