Kata Kunci : Sistem, Informasi, Pengelolaan PKL, PHP, MySQL Praktek kerja lapangan ( PKL ) adalah merupakan sesuatu proyek kecil yang harus dikerjakan oleh mahasiswa dan siswa secara mandiri dengan petunjuk pembimbing. Semua sekolah berbasis kejuruan pasti mengirim siswa dan mahasiswa untuk melaksanakan PKL sebagai pembelajaran kepada siswa dan mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Mahasiswa dan Siswa Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) Pada Komite Olahraga Nasional (KONI) Kota Samarinda Berbasis Web untuk memudahkan Mahasiswa dan siswa untuk mendaftar atau registasi menjadi Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dengan memberikan informasi kepada Mahasiswa / Siswa dan masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan informasi Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Dalam metode analisa dan desain sistem, alat bantu pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Flowchart, Flow Of Document (FOD) Yang sedang berjalan, Flow Of Document (FOD) Yang diusulkan, Context Diagram (CD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Level 0, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Level 1, Site Map dan Relational Database. Untuk membangun sistem ini, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dengan adanya sebuah Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Mahasiswa dan Siswa Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) Pada Komite Olahraga Nasional (KONI) Kota Samarinda Berbasis Web Mempermudah Mahasiswa dan Siswa untuk dapat melihat informasi Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dengan secara online, yang dapat diakses dimanapun berada sehingga bermanfaat bagi Komite Olahraga Nasional (KONI) Kota Samarinda sebagai bentuk pelayanan informasi kepada Masyarakat. ======================================================== Sofyan Wijaya Hakim, 2017. To build this system, the programming language used is, by using PHP programming language as well as MySQL database. With the existence of a Student Management Information System and Students Practice Field Work (PKL) At the National Sports Committee (KONI) Samarinda City Web-Based Simplify Students and Students to be able to see the information Field Work Practice (PKL) with online, accessible wherever located so beneficial to the National Sports Committee (KONI) of Samarinda City as a form of information service to the Community.
