Abstract
A B S T R A K Muhammad Arighi Wardhana, 2017, Aplikasi Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas Pada PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Cabang Samarinda Berbasis Web, Program Studi Manajemen Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma. Pembimbing : Sefty Wijayanti, M.Kom Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Web, Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas, PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (persero) Cabang Samarinda merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perijinan kapal seperti kapal anguktan barang maunpun kapal angkutan penumpang. Namun pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (persero) Cabang Samarinda belum memiliki sistem yang dapat mempermudah pemberian dan memanajemen surat perintah perjalaan dinas agar lebih terkomputerisasi. Apalagi seringnya kesalahan atau kekeliruan dalam surat perintah perjalanan dinas dalam penulisan data pegawai maupun data perintah yang disampaikan. Tujuan menggunakan aplikasi surat perintah perjalanan dinas ini agar PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (persero) Cabang Samarinda dapat menghindari kesalahan yang sering terjadi dan membuat surat perintah perjalanan dinas lebih efektif dan efesien serta dapat di monitoring langsung oleh pimpinan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi oleh PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (persero) Cabang Samarinda. Dalam membangun website ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall, metode pengujian blackbox, dan beta testing database MYSQL dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), sublime sebagai webeditor, apache sebagai webserver local, flowchart dan site map sebagai alat bantu perancangan sistem. Dengan adanya aplikasi surat perintah perjalanan dinas ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja dalam penyampaian surat perintah perjalanan dalam hal proses penyampaian surat serta pemanfaatan teknologi dalam hal ini akan sangat berguna bagi PT.
